Joint Panel Meeting 2024: For those who have not yet booked accommodation 宿泊予約がお済みでない方へ

Thank you for signing up for the Mycobacterial Diseases Joint Panel Meeting 2024. Here's accommodation information for those who have yet to book a hotel.

The University of the Ryukyus 50th Anniversary Memorial Hall, the conference venue, has accommodation facilities on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Only those approved by the University can stay in these facilities.

The fees are as follows.

(1) Single room: 2,850 yen/night

(2) Twin room for one person 4,790 yen/night

(3) Twin room, double occupancy, JPY 5,700/night.

Please note that only the University's teaching staff can arrange to use these rooms.

If you would like to stay near the venue at a reasonable cost, please contact Umemura with the booking information, such as the date, room type and number of people you would like to stay.

Please note, however, that this facility is popular, and rooms are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to book, please contact us as soon as possible (by 20 March at the latest).

まだ宿泊ホテルを予約していらっしゃらない方に情報提供いたします。

今回の会場になります琉球大学50周年記念館は２・３階が宿泊施設になっております。

琉球大学教員が認めた方のみが宿泊できる施設になります。

利用料金は以下のとおりです。

（1）シングルルーム　2,850円/1泊

（2）ツインルーム１人使用　4,790円/1泊

（3）ツインルーム２人使用　5,700円/1泊

なお、利用手続きは本学の教員しかできません。

もし、安価に大学近く（会場になりますが）に宿泊されたい方は梅村までご連絡ください。

その際、宿泊したい日にち、希望のルームタイプ、宿泊人数を明記してください。

ただし、本施設は利用者が多く、先着順で部屋が埋まっていきますので、できるだけ早く（遅くとも3月20日位迄）、梅村宛にご連絡ください。

なお、本宿泊予約は確約できるものでないことをご了承ください。
